These terms apply when you use the FitMY app or the fitmy.world website (“FitMY”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using FitMY, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Health information, not medical advice

FitMY gives general fitness and nutrition information. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting a new diet or exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Calorie targets, nutrition values, photo estimates, meal plans, workouts and AI coach replies are estimates and may be inaccurate. Use your own judgement, check food labels and allergens yourself, and don’t rely on FitMY for decisions where a mistake could harm you.

2. Who can use FitMY

You must be at least 16 years old. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. Give accurate information so your targets are calculated properly.

3. Subscriptions and free trials

• FitMY is free to use, with optional Premium and Pro subscriptions billed monthly, every 6 months or yearly through Google Play or the App Store, at the price shown in the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store account; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Where a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies.
• We may change prices or plan features. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and the store will tell you first.

4. Fair use

Don’t misuse FitMY: no attempts to break or overload the service, access other people’s data, copy the app or its content, or use the AI features to create harmful or unlawful content. Daily limits apply to the photo scanner and AI coach. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Your content

You own what you log and write. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide FitMY to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. FitMY’s app, design, food database and content belong to us or our licensors. Exercise demonstrations are based on public domain images from free-exercise-db.

6. Changes and availability

We’re always improving FitMY and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app or at fitmy.world/delete-account. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that separately.

8. Liability

FitMY is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any injury or health problem resulting from following information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law that can’t be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use FitMY after that means you accept the new terms.
